Use of BD Rhapsody™ system for whole transcriptome analysis

We are proud to present the first results of a study published in Nature Methods, in which the BD Rhapsody™ system was used for whole transcriptome analysis.

In this publication, transcriptional time course, immunocytochemistry and single-cell analyses are used to demonstrate that the derivation of hCS (Human cortical spheroids) is reliable across multiple hiPSC (Human induced pluripotent stem cells) lines and differentiation experiments. The use of this approach for largescale differentiation experiments and disease modeling is widely anticipated in the future.
